MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

The Missions Ministry was formulated in 1997 under the direction of Pastor Robert J. Anderson. Since 1999, it has had a Missions’ Conference each year, where missionaries and Pre-fielders have been participants. The 2006 Missions’ Conference was our largest to date with more than twenty-five missionary families in attendance.

Primary focus of this ministry is four (4) fold:

1. Assisting in the Planting of New Churches

2. Promoting three (3) weeks of prayers/offerings

• North American Missions Board(NAMB)
• International Missions (IMB)
• State Missions (Maryland/Delaware)

1. Conducting an Annual Missions Conference

• 20-25 Missionaries attending
• Presently supporting 3 international missionaries and 3 local mission groups

4. Developing short-term missions opportunities
